The pump has both been tested in the factory laboratory, and also field tested here, for many months in a window cleaning environment. 1/2" BSP female fittings supplied also with 1/2" male to barbed hose connection. Suitable for use with most pump controllers. Pressure switch 100psi turns off 80psi turns back on.

This is to stop the pump from overheating and becoming damaged. To achieve this, we would suggest installing some form of timer, so that after 4 hours of operation the pump has a 15-30 minute break. This will enable the pump to cool down.

Do not allow the pump to run dry (without an active water source) as this will damage the pump. The only time that we would suggest running the pump without an active water supply is if you have a low pressure switch wired into the pump, as this will automatically switch the pump off when the incoming water flow is turned off. We suggest that the pumps are permanently mounted.

This is to stop any potential for the pump to vibrate and become damaged. This is not designed to be used as a window cleaning pump, only designed for water transfer. We have a collection from our premises every day, Monday to Friday. Then return the item carriage paid by sender to us here at Vyair within a reasonable time.

We deem a reasonable time as being within 14 days of notification wish of return. For example we wont accept for return filters that have had their hygienic protective wrappers removed, or have been used and cant be resold.
