Vauxhall Combo CDTI Hot Wash Pure Water 500l Window Cleaning Van

  

This is my Vauxhall Combo 2300 L2H1 CDTI Start/Stop Ecoflex window cleaning van for sale. It's equipped with a 500l Pure Freedom custom built hot water 2-man system with a 40 RO pure water filtration system. The system was fully fitted at Pure Freedom in Grimsby after they protectakote painted the floor of the van to protect it from water. It's in immaculate condition as it was only fitted in December 2021 and has seen light use over 2022/23.

Shurflo 100psi pumps x 2. Mains inlet to power 2 x internal van sockets (comes with extension lead). Twin Boomstacker Reels with 100m Green/Pink pipe and hose guides. So basically plug your hosepipe in from your outdoor tap, set it running and in eight hours time from empty you'll have 500l pure water ready to go!

Alternatively you can easily fill the tank from a pure water filling station. Also included is my Gardiner SLX22 and SLX35 carbon poles plus brushes and a small bungalow pole. The two SLX poles have Uni-Valves fitted.

The van has a full service history and only 71,555 on the clock. It's been well looked after in its life as it belonged to a Tesco engineer who cared for it well (yes surprisingly I know) and then it was bought by a friend of mine who is a professional car finder who used it for himself to transport bikes for mountain biking. The timing chain was replaced along with the sprocket and guides at 66,500 miles. It always starts first time even when it's been left parked on my drive for weeks. When I bought the van it had 69,897 miles on it and it's only done 71,555 miles as I write this so you can see it's not been used much. I also had the van serviced and MOT'd in November 2022. Basically I've quit the glass as I'm too old even though I was good at what I did! I wish I was 13 years younger like when I first started out. There comes a time when balancing on roofs cleaning soffits and conservatory roofing isn't as safe as it used to be and I really don't want to have a fall and cripple myself.

Someone could take this van and run with it immediately or even completely start a window cleaning business with it from scratch. All my traditional equipment is included (brand new Ettore blade, applicator, belt etc) along with useful things like detergent spraying kit, indoor window cleaning equipment, titan ladders and more.
