Professional Window Cleaning Pump & Digital Control Board with Voltage Display

  

I sell these to local window cleaners in my area. I try to incorporate all the parts to make life easier for the user. I also like full control over the electrical circuit and ease of replacement of parts if required. Also protection of the circuit.

The board features the following. 1 These units are now fitted with quick release battery terminal clips and can easily be attached/removed from the battery. We found that although alligator clips suffice, they could work loose over bumps/movement etc..... And the terminal clips give a much better contact with the battery. A vast majority of controllers are live feed from the battery, which means the battery, when connected is supplying a constant feed to the controller and can only be turned off by removing the battery clips. With this method, the controller is switched off and the battery can remain connected, and controller maintains its settings when switched on.

I preset these at a flow rate of 58, but can obviously be adjusted up or down to the users requirements. 4 Strong waterproof Blue perspex backboard. 5 Fused circuit from controller to pump For pump protection (fuse included). I do not use the cheaper pumps with small bore, I use 1/2 bore pumps (see pics) The filter is included and any 10mm pipe (or shurflo connectors) can be connected to either side of the ports, so ready for immediate use.

7 Full instructions for the operation of the controller (Although I preset these before being sent). 8 System incorporates a permanent visual voltage display.

(There is nothing worse when working than noticing the flow is lacking due to a draining battery). This gives the user a visual state of voltage, in order to charge if needed. 9 The pump is a professional 65psi pump. This is ample for residential window cleaning. 1psi pushes water 2 feet, so this will push well above 2 storey and 3 storey standard houses.

The work ethic has always been to use 100psi pumps, but these are and can be overkill, causing leaks, bulges in the reel hose and split seals. 10 Thoroughly tested before use. 11 All terminals are heatshrink insulated.

12 Pump ports protected for transit and PTFE taped. 13 Sent in strong cardboard box.
