HD Security Pulley Accessory for PowerUP 3D Electric Hose Reels

HD Security Pulleys Guides are a great addition to PowerUP3D or PowerUP3D-W. They are fitted through the van floor close to the back doors of the vehicle using the fixings provided and can be altered to suit the height of any vehicle. One of the main initial concerns customers have is whether they'll become damaged due to projecting down toward the road. We always adjust the final roller level with the bottom of your bumper, this way it gives you a full deployment arc while at the same time they are located higher than other vehicle components such as exhausts, and axles. If you are not hitting your exhaust and axles on kerbs, etc you have no need to worry about your HD Security Pulleys. Another concern is that the HD Security Pulley requires a 40 x 60mm slot cut into the van floor. While on this subject some customers are confused that we do not offer HD Hose Guides which can be pulled out on a slide for an increased arc of deployment from the back doors When we researched this 7 years ago we determined that the additional 5-10 degrees of deployment is not worth it. HD Security Pulleys offer 360 degree deployment with locked doors, we've always been right about this. We recommend using both HD Hose Guides and HD Security Pulleys together for most customers. Feeding the hose through a HD Security Pulley can become tedious at every job and therefore in our experience we felt we needed to lock the van at 1 in every 10 jobs for example. 9 times we would use HD Hose Guides, wind the pole hose onto the reel to keep it tidy and hang the pole with everything still connected and ready to go instantly at the next job.

If we felt like the equipment was unsafe we'll disconnect the pole hose from the microbore and switch to the HD Security Pulley. Other system suppliers are offering a Waterworks style hose guide set up and who can blame them?
