350 Litre 4 Stage Filtration System - Whats Included. Bailey's V16 Digital Flow Controller. 100m of 6mm Hose - standard yellow (other colours are available - orange, red, Hi-Vis). 25 Meters of hose (plumbing). Membrane and Stainless Steel Housing.

Stainless Steel van ports and connectors will be provided. Is it right for me? The 4 Stage set up is ideal for hard water areas. Simply connect your outside tap directly to your'Fill' van port connector. The tap water will be pulled through the system and begin its first stage of purification.

The first stage of filtration in this set up are the 20 carbon pre filters. Here the foam filter will remove any rust, silt and sediments from the water while the carbon block will aid in absorbtion of chlorine, other chemicals and mulit-particle organic substances. From here your water will pass through the low pressure 4040 spectrum membrane where and salts and remaining products are removed. In the final stage your DI will ensure that your water is reduced to a TDS of 0 resulting in a spot free finish. Once filled to your desired level just turn your controller on.

Your Bailey's 100PSI pump will start to pull the water from your tank to your pole. Use the digital flow controller to adjust the speed of which your water is ejected.

Your Numax battery will ensure your pump and controller is always powered up and ready to use. We can provide a variety of system sizes to suit your business needs, these can range from 250 - 800 Litres. Fabrication for tank frames require a two week turn around so please be aware of this when ordering. If you are purchasing this product to be fitted into your van by us at our warehouse then you will need to book your vehicle and system in to be fitted.

If you are opting to have your van floor specially treated and protected we will need your van for a maximum of two days. This allows us to prep the vehicle and have it painted before fitting the system. If you are not having the floor painted then we can have you away the very same day. You can have your new water fed pole van mount system delivered to your door.

We will build the system up at our warehouse and have it safely delivered to you. Your new system will be ready to mount straight into your van.
