This versatile unit, custom built by myself, a professional window cleaner, offers multiple streams of income and lasts days on a single charge. This summer, I expanded my window cleaning/car valeting business, by connecting a 12v spray gun, to 1 of the units 2 power sockets and began a lucrative fence panel spraying service.

Beware, similar models are available, but none have the power or features incorporated into this unit. So, what does the little Jem pump/power unit offer? The unit is enclosed in a waterproof, heavy duty, plastic casing, with all features ergonomically arranged for ease of use, and is designed for durability.

Power is from a 12v, 88Ah battery; providing days of use from a single charge, making it extremely portable. Connect to a trolley system, and complete a commercial or domestic window cleaning round without any restrictions.

The unit incorporates a master power switch and a separate pump switch, to preserve power/water; and is protected by a 10A fuse, for safety when using the unit. It delivers 8 litres per minute, easily capable of power cleaning gutter systems or roof mounted solar panels.

A digital voltmeter, accurately displays battery power. My days go much quicker now I listen to music while working. I even use the ports, to charge my USB heated gloves, ideal for those cold Autumn mornings. There are 2 12v cigarette lighter style ports, used for power.

I connect my fence panel spray gun here. I even connect a travel kettle here, while cleaning customers windows, and return to a fresh cup of tea. It certainly beats thermos flasks. The unit incorporates a fuse protected water pump flow controller, for accurate water pressure adjustment, from 0 to 160 psi; ideal for window cleaning, car valeting, gutter and solar panel washing, all from one unit, meaning your cleaning business can expand.

Also, the precious pure water, used with water fed pole window cleaning systems is not wasted, making it extremely efficient and economical. The Little Jem has water inlet/outlet pipes to connect to a water fed pole and water supply, using your chosen connection methods. There is a digital callender/clock included, as I charge on an hourly rate, allowing me to time each job, and access the correct date when record keeping. I included a digital thermometer, to indicate when freezing temperatures may occur, so I can wrap a wine makers barrel warmer around my jerry cans, to continue working when others struggle.

Also, a humidity sensor indicates the possibility of rain, a handy gadget when cleaning windows or car valeting. Its a great little feature. On the Little Jems lid, is a waterproof a4 size container, ideal for a tablet or business stationary, so they remain accessible, but dry, when caught in summer showers. It incorporates a clip-board style holder, for keeping paperwork secure. So, the little Jem really is the most compact, powerful and feature packed professional window cleaning pump/power unit. There are others, but they do not match this unit. It may be slightly more expensive than other systems, but it offers exceptional features and multiple streams of income, which others cannot do.
