Softwash softwashing pure water system Peugeot Boxer L3H2 window cleaning + VAT

  
2016 Peugeot Boxer currently fitted with custom soft washing / window cleaning batch making setup. Van is Professional model so top of the range.

FSH 37500 currently in use so will go up. Van has been used so it is overall in good condition. Few dents some scratches and marks etc on it. So here's the details of the custom softwash setup.

316 tray with drain hole through van. The rest of the frame is 304 stainless all made by a stainless steel fabrication company.

1 x 125l tank used for DDAC biocide. This feeds it own 12v Everflo pump. 1 x 600l tank used for pure water / water. This feeds a 12v Shurflo 20lpm pump for bulk rinsing.

(this pump is connected by professional bypasses to both biocide tanks for flushing pumps and lines and also to quickly batch fresh biocide on site). 1 x 125l tank used for Benzsoftwash lightening cleanse with its own 12v everflo pump and pink microbore line (1 x 20l of lightening cleanse with rest of tank full of water makes 2% mix). There are 2 x 85 amp high quality leisure batteries dedicated for the system charged by a CTEK smart charger from the alternator. There are then 3 x 12v pumps. 2 x everflo chemical pumps.

These are all connected properly using quality hose and fittings. Also they have stainless mini bore quick release fittings so if a pump went down you can swap them out to keep working. 1 x Shurlfo 20amp 20lpm max chemical pump that is dedicated to water supply for the rinsing/ filling and flushing of all lines. There is a full stainless steel double stack hose system on the rear.

It has all stainless fittings and manifold. The wiring for the CTEK and pumps etc was carried out by an electrician so it neat and well organised.

I built this system for myself to use and have used it faultlessly for a few months. To be honest I would quite happily swap it to the new van and carry on using it so I'm not interested in silly offers. It makes sense as its setup to sell as a complete package. However would be willing to split it and sell van separately to system.

The van can be used for window cleaning as well. We are a VAT registered company so VAT has to be added to the sale. If you want to come and see it in action message me.
