Ionic systems Thermopure pro 5 (hot water) 1000 ltr FOUR pump/man system. The best system on the market then and now, perfect working order, totally reliable. The hot water is great on first cleans and jobs with 6 months + between cleans, cuts the clean time in half nearly! And just generally a lot nicer when its freezing. This system has 5 stages of filtration.

All of these are in place to protect the Reverse Osmosis filter which mechanically takes out 90/95 % of the raw water impurities. Reverse Osmosis filters (this machine has two RO filters which speeds fill time). And finally the De-Ionisation filter. All filters changed summer just gone. Just fitted a brand new DI filter for buyers peace of mind, producing water at 000 ppm.

It's coming out of the RO filters at 22 ppm, so they are like brand new still, the last ones I had lasted about 5/6 years, and the water comes out of my tap at around 370 ppm! The hot water system can either be run direct from your fuel tank or from a Jerry can.

It has the 9kw heating system (the more powerful one). It has a split charge relay system which takes a charge off the alternator to keep everything charged and running properly and makes sure the system never takes a charge from the van battery. It has an inline TDS meter to show the water purity going into and coming out of the RO filters so you know the condition of the filters. It has the salt back wash system to regenerate the water softener filter which in turn keeps the RO filters in good shape.

It has the CTEK smart charge battery charger so if you want to heat the water in the morning before work, you can leave the charger on with the heater heating the water and the charger wont damage your battery. It has the automatic shut off valve so you just put the van on fill at night, it filters all the water and fill's the tank, and when it's full it automatically turns it's self off ready to just get up and go in the morning. These systems are the only ones on the market to be Thatchman crash tested to meet insurers requirements, so if you are in a collision the system doesn't crush you! Comes with the Ionic clamps to bolt the frame to the chassis.
